Plate Forming

After laser cutting, plate can be formed into desired shapes. We have a vast amount of dies for creating different radius on materials. Forming can include creating enclosures, panels, thick brackets, ect.

Specs:

Two CNC press brakes that are 8.8ft in bend length and one CNC press brake that is 10ft in bend length. Please use chart posted to the left of these specs for general inner radius design dimensions. We also have many other sizes and create custom dies if needed.

0.01″ to 0.1″ – .0775″ Radius
0.1″ to 0.1875″ – .155″ Radius
0.1875″ to 0.375″ – .25″ Radius
K-Factor of .42

These numbers are used to get very close. Many other sizes are available, if you need something more specific or precise, please call for assistance.
