Plate Laser

Plate laser cutting is a fast and effective way to make accurate sheet metal parts. Items are imported into a nesting program to reduce waste and create a cost effective means to a production item. We accommodate large and small orders.

Specs:

Capabilities are steel plate up to 1/2″ thick and aluminum up to 1/4″ thick. Products can be further processed via a time-saver/belt sander for particular requested grain finishes

How to Get Parts Cut

Email our sales team with as much info as you have on your part. We prefer to receive .xt, step, or IGES files that can be opened in Solidworks. This allows you to not have to create .dxf files for every item, instead we can automatically import CAD files. Please enrue a cutlist is provided a template to use can be found by clicking here

If you would prefer dxf files, feel free to send those as well. Drawings are recommended if tolerances need to be inspected for final production. If files need to be created, you can utilize our engineering staff for CAD or 3D reverse engineering with our FARO arm.
