Manufacturing Case Studies

Took conceptual drawings from the customer, generated manufacturable CAD models and drawings. Laser cut assemblies in house, formed and welded them. Fully assembled and tested at our facility in California. Vents were shipped to New York. Our team met with the installing contractor and helped coordinate installation with what fasteners and sealants to use. This project shows our ability to coordinate with other trades in the construction industry and overall level of trust we’ve been given in the past with large government-funded entities with very strict rules and regulations.
