CNC Machining and 5-Axis Services in Fontana, California

Our turning and machining department covers 3, 4 and 5-axis milling plus lathe work with live tooling. It supports two kinds of work: precision machined components for customers, and the tooling and fixtures our own automation group needs.

That second use is why the department earns its keep on integration projects. When a robotic cell needs an end-of-arm tool changed mid-commissioning, we machine the new one the same day on the 5-axis instead of waiting on an outside shop.

Milling runs on four vertical machining centers: a Doosan DVF 5000 5-axis, a Doosan DNM 4500, a Haas VF-4SS and a Haas VF-10 with 84 × 32 × 30 in travels and a table rated for about 4,000 lb, which is where long or oversized parts up to 7 ft go. A Haas VF-11, with 120 × 40 × 30 in travels for parts up to 10 ft, arrives at the end of September 2026. Turning runs on a Doosan Lynx 2600SY with sub-spindle, Y-axis and live tooling, and a Haas ST-30. Finished parts are inspected on a Zeiss Spectrum CMM, a Keyence WM-C6025 wide-area CMM and a Keyence VL 3D scanner under our AS9100D quality system.

Machined parts are quoted per piece from their own stock, so one part per file is fine and a quantity change reprices instantly. Setups are charged once per unique part per run, so the per-piece price falls as quantity rises. Threads, press and slip fits, surface finishes and tight tolerances are not read from the model: attach a PDF drawing with the upload and we confirm pricing before any order. Clear, complete drawings matter here more than anywhere else in the building — call out every critical dimension, tolerance and finish so nothing has to be assumed.
