Custom Weldments and Welded Assemblies

A weldment is where every other department's work either pays off or falls apart. Because the tube laser and plate laser cut the parts, the press brake forms them and the welders assemble them in the same building, a frame that does not fit gets solved on the floor the same day instead of becoming a three-vendor argument.

The parts arrive at the weld bay already carrying keys, tabs and etched part numbers cut into them. Assemblies locate themselves, which means less fixturing, less measuring off a print, and far fewer mistakes on long or complex structures.

We build frames, chassis, skids, enclosures and structural weldments from prototype through production, and we can machine critical features after welding rather than fighting distortion beforehand.
